Experience a transformative two-day class, with 3 hours of immersive learning each day. {6 hours total.}

As we begin this journey in self-care and discovery, you’ll learn about the 5 fascia limiters and become aware of your unique flexibility restrictions with the underlying causes. We go over systems of the body that affect the entire fascia structure and provide empowering strategies to address those concerns that will change the health of the tissues.

Students are introduced to

👍 Self-guided assessments and techniques that will allow each person to observe where their unique specific restrictions and distortions areas are.

👍 Using manual and fascia tool* applications. Each student will begin to shift the foundation of their individual specific distortion patterns by opening restrictions that have been impeding natural movement and restoring their own fascia.

👍 Time and direction are given to practice moving through each technique to address the information gained through the beginning assessments.

The class wraps up with an assessment to evaluate the changes in your fascia lines, providing insight into the progress made over both days.

Experiencing the class over two days provides the opportunity to observe the recovery process between sessions. This allows you to experience firsthand how your body responds and adapts to the techniques we’ll explore.

CLASS: Friday 6pm - 9pm & Saturday 10am - 1pm

Come to class in comfortable loose fitting shorts, athletic tanks and sports bras for easy access to large skin areas. * Each student brings their personal fascia tools to this class.
